Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Nova Host Cloud ("we", "us", "our"), including virtual private server ("VPS") hosting and related offerings. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Refund Policy

All approved refunds are issued as Wallet Credit to your Nova Host Cloud account. We do not process refunds back to your original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, or any third-party payment gateway).

Wallet credit issued as a refund:

Does not expire and remains available in your account indefinitely.
Can be applied toward the purchase of any current or future VPS plan.
Is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cash.

2. Service Delivery & Final Sale Policy

Once a server has been deployed and access credentials (IP address, username, and password) have been issued to the email address on file, the order is considered fulfilled and final. No refund, exchange, or cancellation will be issued for that order thereafter, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after deployment
Dissatisfaction with performance, operating system, or configuration selected at checkout
Failure to use the server after it has been delivered
Issues arising from software, applications, or configurations installed by the customer

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their selected region, operating system, and resource configuration before completing payment.

3. Account & Wallet

Funds added to your Wallet via our payment gateway are used solely for the purchase of services on Nova Host Cloud and hold no cash value outside of our platform. We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or reverse wallet balances in cases of technical error, fraud, or abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

Services provided by Nova Host Cloud may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to hosting malicious software, spam distribution, or any activity that violates applicable local or international law. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nova Host Cloud provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime, data loss, or third-party actions.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
